Chief Technology Officer

Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate degree in computer science.
• Experience: 8-13 years of total work experience with a strong product-building background.
• Founding/Leadership Experience: Prior experience as part of a founding or early engineering team in a startup.

Technical Expertise:

• Python: 5+ years of hands-on coding experience.
• Web Frameworks: Strong experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Databases: Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Message Queues and Streaming: Proficiency with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery.
• DevOps: Solid experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments.
• AI/ML Exposure: Practical experience integrating or working with AI systems or APIs.
