Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven CTO to lead our technology strategy, engineering organisation, architecture, and AI innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's technology vision, architecture and roadmap.
• Lead the design, development, scalability and reliability of enterprise-grade B2B SaaS platforms.
• Drive innovation across AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, automation and analytics.
• Own cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, security and platform modernisation.
• Drive architectural decisions around distributed systems, microservices, APIs and scalable cloud-native platforms.
• Build, mentor and scale high-performing teams across Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA and AI/ML.
• Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Design, Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Establish engineering best practices, development standards and a culture of innovation, ownership and engineering excellence.
• Oversee technology security, compliance, risk management and disaster recovery.
• Manage technology budgets, infrastructure costs and strategic technology partnerships.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
• Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or equivalent senior technology leader.
• Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products/platforms.
• Deep understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, microservices, APIs and databases.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, analytics or data-driven products.
• Proven experience managing and scaling engineering organisations in startup/growth-stage environments.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management and execution skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Customer Experience, Survey or Analytics platforms.
• Exposure to LLMs, Conversational AI and Intelligent Automation.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and data-security frameworks.
• Experience with product-led development and Agile/Scrum.
