Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics) Information Technology / Computer Science or a related technical field
  
• Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA, Master’s in Engineering, Technology Management, or Digital Transformation)
  
• 10 years senior leadership experience as Head of Technology, Engineering Lead, Digital Transformation Lead or related
  
• Professional registration (e.g. ECSA or equivalent – advantageous)
  
• Certifications in relevant areas such as:
  
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
  
• Cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP, CISM)
  
• Enterprise Architecture (e.g. TOGAF)
  
• Project/Programme Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
