About the Position: As the Chief, Training Division, the incumbent is responsible for military training support at a large multi-mission installation, which has been designated as a most optimized strategically responsive (MOSR) garrison within the Installation Management Command (IMCOM).

Responsible for military training support at a large multi-mission installation, which has been designated as a most optimized strategically responsive (MOSR) garrison within the Installation Management Command (IMCOM).

Possess extensive knowledge of policy and procedures for standardizing and modernizing Army training support operations, facilities, and infrastructure, consistent with current and future doctrine, threat analyses, and force structure.

Formulates and implements all training plans, directives and procedures, reports and studies for active Army training of units and individuals assigned.

Conduct periodic staff visits to assigned units to review their training programs and, when necessary, makes recommendations to ensure the efficient utilization of training resources and for improvement of training standards.
