About the Role:
Havenova Home Care Solutions is looking for a warm, nurturing, and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to join our team in Greenwich, CT! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by providing safe, loving, and attentive care in the home setting. We would prefer babysitters who are also accepting last minute jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, hands-on childcare and supervision in a home environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and educational experiences
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for children
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living space for the children
- Assist with homework, reading, and developmental activities as needed
- Manage daily routines including nap times, bath times, and bedtime schedules
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's daily activities and well-being
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying required
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional with strong references
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families
