At Xplor Preschool & School Age, our Preschool Teachers create engaging experiences that help children learn through exploration and play. You’ll have curriculum and lesson-planning resources to support you while still having opportunities to bring your own interests, talents, and creativity into the classroom. You’ll help build a strong foundation that helps children feel confident, capable, and excited about learning.

A Day in the Life

Bring lessons to life through hands-on activities, stories, art, music, movement, and play.
Help preschoolers build confidence, independence, early academic skills, and friendships.
Use our curriculum and lesson-planning resources as your foundation while adding your own creativity and ideas.
Build meaningful relationships with children and communicate with families about their child’s day, growth, and milestones.

What You’ll Need
You don’t need to fit one perfect mold to be a great Preschool Teacher. The teachers who thrive here are dependable, patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoy working with young children.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
