Position Summary
We are seeking a Child Services & Juvenile Justice Case Manager to provide case management, advocacy, and support to youth and families. You will assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and collaborate with courts, probation officers, social workers, service providers, and families.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and direct support
- Assess needs and develop individualized service and intervention plans
- Coordinate services across child welfare, juvenile justice, and community systems
- Monitor progress and compliance with court orders, probation requirements, and intervention plans
- Collaborate with families, courts, probation, and service providers
- Complete intakes within 24 hours of assignment
- Transport clients as needed
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You’ll Need:
- One year of direct care experience or supervised practice preferred
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
- Availability for non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
