Child Study Team Member
Learning Disabilities Teacher - Consultant - LDTC/School Social Worker
Full Time / 10 Month
Description:
The LDTC and Social Worker are members of the Child Study Team (CST), responsible for conducting evaluations, determining student eligibility and classifications, and recommending and monitoring appropriate special education programs and services. The employee will be responsible for providing case management services, conducting assessments, developing and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitoring student progress to ensure that individual needs are being addressed.
Certifications/Qualifications:
- Valid LDT-C Certificate or School Social Work Endorsement
- Knowledge of the New Jersey Administrative Code, Special Education (NJAC 6A:14)
- CST experience preferred
