Child Support Case Coordinator

• Initiate, prepare, organize, and enforce child support orders in accordance with program requirements • Monitor court-ordered payments to determine what action to take when the absent parent is in out of compliance with court order • Mediate out of court, schedules for court and monitors cases for compliance • Establish voluntary and judicial paternity and support • Establish, modify and enforce child support orders, prepare cases for legal action and support orders by analyzing, monitoring, and reconciling accounts • Prepare cases for legal action, including providing direct support to agency attorney in court; testifies in court and documents court disposition into the automated system • Provide financial management of support orders by analyzing, monitoring and reconciling accounts • May be required to staff shelters in the event of a disaster
