Prepare and maintain classroom materials, resources, and activities appropriate to children's ages and developmental stages.

Deliver engaging learning experiences that support children's overall growth and development.

Build trusting relationships with children and provide a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.

Manage classroom routines and encourage positive behaviour through appropriate guidance techniques.

Observe, record, and evaluate children's learning progress and developmental milestones.

Use observations and assessments to support lesson planning and improve teaching practices.

Communicate regularly with parents about children's learning, development, and well-being.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support children's individual needs.
