Northern Tier Counseling (NTC) is hiring Bachelor’s- and Master’s-level clinicians to provide behavioral health services to children, youth, and families through our Family Based Mental Health and Community/School-Based (Mobile Therapy) programs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapeutic and supportive services in home, school, and community settings
• Participate in assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, and discharge planning
• Deliver individual, family, and/or group interventions (role-dependent)
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support crisis intervention and on-call coverage, as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Attend supervision, trainings, and team meetings
