Children’s Ministry Worker (Full-Time)
Summary
Organize and lead a church’s children’s ministry, teaching Bible lessons and coordinating events for kids aged 4–12 while managing volunteers and ensuring a safe environment.

Primary Responsibilities
• Plan, organise and coordinate the church's Children's Ministry for children aged from 4 to 12 years.
• Prepare and teach age-appropriate Bible lessons that are faithful to Scripture and engaging for children.
• Lead and care for children during Sunday worship programmes, special events, camps and holiday activities.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support volunteer teachers and helpers.
• Build positive relationships with children and their parents, partnering with families in the spiritual nurture of their children.
• Ensure a safe, caring and welcoming environment for every child.
• Work closely with the pastoral staff, church leaders and ministry teams to fulfil the vision and mission of the church.
• Perform other ministry-related responsibilities as assigned.
