Applicants must strongly possess:
- Sincere love of children
- High energy
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- An ability to compete basic physical skills such as somersaults, skipping/galloping, and walking on a balance beam
- Comfortability with hands-on spotting to ensure safety of children
- Late afternoon/evenings and weekend availability
Although it is not a requirement for success, it would also be helpful to posses:
- A background in gymnastics
- Strong experience in fitness (gymnastics, dance, private training, sports, etc.)
- Experience working with children (preschool, early childhood education, daycare, etc.)
What you can expect from this job:
- As Instructors at The Little Gym, your primary responsibility will be to teach gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and methodology.
- You will be provided a comprehensive training plan and will be working with a dynamic team of individuals who are committed to providing outstanding service.
- Our schedule is consistent from week to week and your schedule may include three to five days a week.
- Pay varies based on age and experience.
