Requirements
- Skilled in Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, stir-fry, dumplings, soups, etc.)
- Strong seasoning and cooking technique knowledge
- High standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to follow recipes and suggest menu improvements
- Good time management and cost-conscious ingredient handling
- Punctual, trustworthy, and a strong team player
- Restaurant, hotel, factory, or private kitchen experience is an advantage
