Chinese Cuisine Chef

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Changi Airport

Work Schedule:

12-hour shift

Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine, including claypot rice dishes

• Handle food preparation, cooking, and wok-frying independently

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards

• Support smooth daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant Chinese cuisine experience

• Proficient in Chinese cooking and wok-frying techniques

• Able to work independently and manage assigned kitchen duties

• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
