借助 AI(人工智能)、数据科学、算法、本体建模、知识图谱、自动化、物联网(IoT)、机器人等技术手段,解决供应链中的真实业务难题,并通过跨职能项目驱动端到端变革。
Product Supply Manager - Operation Management 供应链管理经理(全职管理岗)
主要职责
作为 Product Supply Manager,你将成为宝洁供应链的端到端业务领导者。从原材料采购到消费者手中的最终产品,你会横跨制造、工程、供应网络计划、需求驱动管理、采购与质量等全链条职能,与团队一起把项目做出成果。你的第一段岗位通常会聚焦于供应链其中一个模块,作为核心成员参与到大师级供应链项目中,逐步建立起对整条链路的理解与影响力。
• 端到端供应链运营:以业务 Owner 的角色,把制造执行、供应计划、需求预测、采购策略与质量管控串联起来,确保从供应商到消费者的整条链路高效且稳健地运转。
• 跨职能项目主导:主导新品上市、产能扩建、成本优化与供应链韧性提升等端到端项目,协调内外部资源,把项目高质量地落到实处。
• 团队领导与人才发展:在制造现场、计划中心或采购等模块带领团队,培养同事的能力,营造高绩效的团队氛围,让组织能力持续上台阶。

Product Supply Manager - Digital Engineer 供应链管理数字工程师(全职管理岗)
主要职责
作为 Product Supply Manager – Digital Engineer,你将站在宝洁供应链数字化与智能化转型的最前线。这不只是一个技术岗位,更是一个需要你理解供应链业务、连接数据资产,并用 AI 与知识工程解决真实业务问题的综合角色。你会与制造、工程、计划、采购等多个职能并肩合作,构建能支撑算法、AI 与业务决策的语义底座,持续提升供应链的效率、透明度与竞争力。
Digital Engineer 岗位分为两个重点方向
方向一:数据科学、AI 与供应链知识工程
• 数据驱动决策:运用统计建模、机器学习与预测分析,从海量供应链数据中提炼洞察,为管理层的战略与运营、生产决策提供有力支撑。
• AI 与生成式应用:结合大语言模型(LLM)、AI Agent(智能体)与生成式 AI,探索供应链场景下的智能问答、辅助决策与业务副驾驶,让 AI 真正嵌入日常运营或者工厂运作中,为业务减负增效。
• 供应链知识图谱与本体建模:构建覆盖物料、工艺、供应商、订单、工厂与消费者等要素的知识图谱与本体模型,把原本分散的数据资产串联成一张“能被机器读懂”的网络,为算法、AI 与业务决策提供统一的语义底座。
• 算法开发与落地:设计并部署智能算法,服务于需求预测、库存优化、生产排产与生产质量闭环控制等关键场景,把模型的价值真正转化为业务的价值。
• 跨职能项目领导:主导端到端的供应链数字化项目,牵动多方资源,确保项目按时交付并带来可衡量的业务成果。
• 数字化能力建设:推动组织的数字化文化落地,帮助业务伙伴掌握数字工具与方法论,让数据与 AI 成为团队的日常语言。
方向二:智能制造转型与自动化
• 工业物联网(IIoT):规划并落地工厂 IoT 方案,实现设备数据的实时采集、监控与分析,让生产更稳定、能耗更可控。
• 机器人与自动化:引入并优化机器人技术与自动化产线,在降低人工作业风险的同时,提升生产效率与产品一致性。
• 数字孪生与仿真:搭建工厂数字孪生模型,通过虚拟仿真验证优化方案的可行性,加速创新落地并降低试错成本。

Product Supply Manager - Operation Management (Full-Time Management Role)
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Supply Manager, you will serve as an end-to-end business leader in P&G's supply chain — from raw material sourcing to the products that reach consumers' hands. You will work across manufacturing, engineering, supply network operations, integrated demand management, purchasing, and quality, delivering outstanding results together with your team. Your first assignment will typically focus on one module of the supply chain, joining a world-class program as a core contributor and gradually building an end-to-end perspective and influence.
• End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Act as a business owner, connecting manufacturing execution, supply planning, demand forecasting, procurement strategy, and quality management to keep the entire chain — from supplier to consumer — running efficiently and reliably.
• Cross-Functional Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end projects across new product launches, capacity expansion, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience, orchestrating internal and external resources for high-quality delivery.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead teams in manufacturing sites, planning centers, or procurement functions; develop team members’ capabilities and nurture a high-performance culture that lifts organizational capability over time.

Requirements
• Open to STEM majors, as well as supply chain management, industrial engineering, economics & management, and related backgrounds; candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are warmly welcomed.

Product Supply Manager - Digital Engineer (Full-Time Management Role)
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Supply Manager – Digital Engineer, you will stand at the forefront of P&G's digital and intelligent supply chain transformation. Beyond technical delivery, this role requires you to understand supply chain operations, connect data assets, and solve real business problems through AI and knowledge engineering. You will partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and procurement teams to build the semantic foundation that supports algorithms, AI, and business decision-making, continuously improving supply chain efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness.
Key Focus Areas of the Digital Engineer Role
Focus Area 1: Data Science, AI & Supply Chain Knowledge Engineering
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics to surface insights from large-scale supply chain data, providing solid support for strategic, operational, and production decisions.
• AI & Generative Applications: Leverage large language models, agents, and generative AI to build intelligent Q&A, decision assistants, and business copilots — embedding AI into day-to-day operations and factory workflows to lighten the load and boost the productivity of frontline teams.
• Supply Chain Knowledge Graph & Ontology Modeling: Design knowledge graphs and ontologies that connect materials, processes, suppliers, orders, plants, and consumers into a machine-readable web, providing a unified semantic foundation for algorithms, AI, and business decision-making.
• Algorithm Development & Deployment: Design and deploy intelligent algorithms for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and Quality touchless control, turning model performance into tangible business value.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end supply chain digitalization projects, orchestrate cross-functional resources, and deliver measurable business outcomes on time.
• Digital Capability Building: Champion a digital-first culture across the organization, enabling colleagues to master digital tools and methods so that data and AI become the team’s everyday language.
Focus Area 2: Intelligent Manufacturing Transformation & Automation
• Industrial IoT: Plan and roll out factory IoT solutions to enable real-time equipment data collection, monitoring, and analytics for more stable production and better energy management.
• Robotics & Automation: Introduce and optimize robotics and automated production lines to reduce operational risk while improving productivity and product consistency.
• Digital Twin & Simulation: Build factory digital twins to validate optimization solutions through simulation, accelerating innovation deployment and lowering the cost of trial and error.
Requirements
• Open to majors such as Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior exposure to supply chain concepts (e.g., forecasting, inventory theory, logistics, knowledge graphs), or a hardware / mechanical engineering background (e.g., automation & intelligent equipment, manufacturing processes), is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive organizational change, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity about new technologies, with strong learning agility and self-motivation to keep growing in a fast-changing environment.
Product Supply organization operates across locations including Guangzhou, Suzhou Taicang, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Chengdu.
