Key Responsibilities 工作职责

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate Chinese language experiences through stories, songs, play and inquiry.
  通过故事、儿歌、游戏及探究活动，设计并开展符合幼儿年龄与发展需要的华文学习体验。

• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages children to communicate confidently in Mandarin.
  营造温馨、积极的学习环境，鼓励幼儿自信地运用华语表达与交流。

• Observe and document children’s learning and development to guide lesson planning and support individual needs.
  观察并记录幼儿的学习与发展，根据个别需要调整教学计划与策略。

• Support children’s daily routines, wellbeing, safety and development of independence.
  照顾幼儿的日常生活，关注其身心健康与安全，并培养自理能力。

• Build positive relationships with parents and work closely with colleagues to support each child’s development.
  与家长建立良好的沟通关系，并与同事紧密合作，共同支持幼儿的全面发展。

• Participate in curriculum planning, school events and professional learning.
  积极参与课程规划、学校活动及专业培训。

Requirements 任职要求

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education–Teaching, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
  持有幼儿保育与教育教学专业文凭，或同等认可学历。

• ECDA L1 / L2 certification for Chinese language teaching preferred. Please indicate your certification status when applying.
