Chinese Relationship Manager
Job Description:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with top Mandarin-speaking clients and representatives
Oversee assigned accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement, and campaign participation to maximize growth.
Work closely with stakeholders such as Mandarin-speaking clients to communicate the critical progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
Evaluate, forecast, and track key account metrics.
Provided in-depth insight on assigned clients to project managers and team leads to execute strategies aligned with the project goals.
Prepare status reports on multiple accounts.
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with local Mandarin-speaking clients and other stakeholders
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Management is preferred
Candidates with less than 1year of experience are welcome to apply
Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives
Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be flexible to conduct seller visits in different locations
Experience in the e-commerce or advertising industry is a plus
