Chinese Speaking Professional Videographer - Mandarin & English - Dubai

About the Role

Huaxin Real Estate is looking for a creative and experienced Professional Videographer who is fluent in Mandarin and English to join our Dubai team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for property listings, social media, marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce professional real estate videos and promotional content.
• Film property tours, project launches, interviews, events, and social media content.
• Operate professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment.
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
• Handle video editing, color correction, sound, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative content.
• Travel to different locations across Dubai for property and project shoots.
• Maintain organized video files and footage.
• Stay updated with current video, social media, and real estate content trends.

Skills

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional videography experience.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (Mandatory).
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional videography and editing skills.
• Experience with real estate, property, lifestyle, corporate, or commercial content is preferred.
• Proficiency with professional cameras and video equipment.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and storytelling.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within Dubai for shoots.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
• Basic photography skills.
• Experience with drone videography is an advantage.
• Knowledge of current social media video trends.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
