工作职责

• 教授新加坡 MOE 小学及中学华文课程。
• 根据课程要求及学生的学习需要进行备课，并开展生动有效的课堂教学。
• 关注学生的学习情况和进度，并根据个体需求提供针对性的指导与支持。
• 帮助学生巩固华文基础、提升语言能力，并为学校测验及考试做好准备。
• 与学生及家长保持良好沟通，及时反馈学生的学习情况及进展。
• 准备及管理相关教学材料和资源，支持学生有效学习。

基本要求

• 熟悉新加坡 MOE 华文课程体系及相关考试要求。
• 具备小学和/或中学华文教学经验。
• 普通话标准，具备良好的华文表达及教学能力。
• 能够使用英文与学生、家长及同事进行良好沟通。
• 有责任心、耐心及爱心，善于与学生沟通互动。
• 具备良好的沟通及课堂管理能力。
• 热爱教育工作，关注学生的学习与成长。

培训及聘用

Chinese Language Teacher

Location: Bedok, Singapore

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chinese Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching the Singapore MOE Chinese Language curriculum, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping students build confidence and achieve progress in Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach the Singapore MOE Chinese Language curriculum to primary and secondary school students.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum and students’ learning needs.
• Monitor students’ learning progress and provide targeted guidance and support based on individual needs.
• Help students strengthen their Chinese language skills and prepare effectively for school assessments and examinations.
• Maintain positive and effective communication with students and parents, providing timely feedback on students’ learning progress.
• Prepare and manage relevant teaching materials and resources to support effective learning.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with the Singapore MOE Chinese Language curriculum and examination requirements.
• Relevant experience in teaching Chinese to primary and/or secondary school students.
• Strong command of Mandarin with clear and standard pronunciation.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Responsible, patient, caring, and able to engage and interact well with students.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about education and committed to students’ learning and development.

Training & Employment

• Relevant curriculum and teaching training will be provided by the company headquarters.
• Successful candidates will be offered a formal employment contract.
