Christmas Casual - Eastern Suburbs Melbourne
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join our friendly team for our Bayswater, Chirnside Park and Nunawading stores. Recruitment for these roles will begin in late August, with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability.
As a Peak Trade Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a culture focused on making customers feel valued and ensuring they have a great experience when shopping in our stores:
- Interacting with customers by proactively engaging and educating them to support their purchases.
- Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
- Delivering in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
- Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.
Please note, our Peak Trade Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September 2026 to the start of February 2027). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
