Every customer who walks through our doors or calls in starts with you. Some are shopping for a Jeep, some are picking up a Ram, and some just need their oil changed. You greet them, get them where they need to go, and set the tone for their whole visit. It’s a weekday daytime job with real benefits, and no sales or dealership experience is needed.

$18–20/hr | About 25 hours/week | Weekdays only, no nights or weekends

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:30am–12:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:30am–2:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am–12:00pm
• Thursday: 8:30am–12:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer who walks in and connect them with sales, service, or parts
• Answer and route calls, take messages, and follow up
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Keep the showroom and front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support the sales team with deal jackets, the plate log, and basic paperwork
• Enter and update customer info in DriveCentric
• Help with other office tasks as needed

What You Bring

• A friendly, professional presence, even on busy days
• Clear communication in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Comfort with computers and data entry
• Reliability: customers and coworkers count on you
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience is a plus, but not required
