船舶專員 Marine Coordinator

This role serves as an on-site liaison, supporting both the Technical Manager and Operations Manager in coordinating field activities. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the effective implementation of company policies aboard vessels, thereby supporting smooth and compliant vessel operations.
協助技術經理及營運經理將公司政策的執行面能充分落實於船舶上，以支持船舶營運順遂。

1. Acts as an on-site coordinator supporting both the Technical Manager and Operations Manager in vessel-related activities.
船舶專員為技術經理及營運經理於現場工作上的協調專員。

2. Possesses foundational knowledge of vessels, generator sets, diesel engines, propulsion systems, electrical systems, and offshore engineering, with the ability to understand relevant technical terminology.
具備船舶、發電機組、柴油引擎、推進系統、電力系統及離岸工程基本知識，並能理解相關專業用語。

3. Proficient in computer operations and office software, with strong document handling and administrative skills.
熟悉電腦操作與文書軟體，具備良好的文件處理能力。

4. Familiar with basic maritime regulations and classification society standards; capable of coordinating with government authorities (e.g., Maritime and Port Bureau) and survey institutions to manage vessel-related affairs.
了解基礎海事法規與船級社規範，具備與政府機關（如航港局）及驗船機構溝通協調，辦理船舶事務的能力。

5. Knowledgeable in risk assessment; skilled in coordination and communication, with the ability to handle project progress and unexpected situations.
具備風險評估相關知識，擅長協調與溝通，能依專案進度與突發狀況進行基礎處理。

6. Willing and able to travel for work; available to provide on-site support at ports or aboard vessels when needed.
能適應出差需求，並可臨時支援碼頭或船舶作業現場。

7. Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities.
工作態度 細心、負責，具備良好抗壓性與問題解決能力。

8. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
