職務內容：
1. 聯繫船東、港口及政府相關單位，協調船舶進出港與停港期間的作業，確保各項安排順利進行。
2. 處理船舶操作相關作業，確認合約執行細節，並協調處理異常或突發狀況。
3. 回覆客戶詢問，提供船舶動態、港口作業進度及相關業務資訊。
4. 製作與整理船務文件及報表，管理相關費用與作業資訊。
5. 協助部門日常業務及主管交辦事項。

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in Business English(especially speaking and writing).
Applicants are required to provide proof of a TOEIC score of 750 or above, or an IELTS score of 6.5 or above.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with shipowners, ports, and relevant government authorities regarding vessel arrivals, departures, and port stays to ensure smooth operations.
2. Handle vessel operation matters, follow up on contractual arrangements, and coordinate solutions for operational issues or unexpected situations.
3. Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on vessel movements, port operations, and other relevant business information.
4. Prepare and maintain shipping documents and operational reports, and manage related expenses and operational information.
5. Support daily departmental operations and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
