船務代理專員- Shipping Operations (高雄 Kaohsiung)

The main purpose of this position is to:
1. Shipside coordinator for cargo loading/discharging operation, and to boarding vessel if necessary.
2. Manage the reservation of port services and the process of pre-arrival documentation between vessels, port/ terminal, and government authorities.
3. Support tasks assigned by managers
4. Collect/track suppliers invoices & submit internal DA to finance department.
5. Respond clients' inquiry under manager's supervision.

工作內容：
1. 擔任船舶貨物裝卸作業或船邊事務的現場協調員，必要時會登船。
2. 管理港口服務的預訂以及船舶、港口/碼頭和政府機構之間的抵達前置流程。
3. 協助經理完成指派的任務。
4. 收集/追蹤供應商發票，並將內部財務報表提交給財務部門。
5. 在經理的指導下回覆及處理客戶之詢問/價。
