- To handle enquiries from distributors and customers
- To provide one-stop service and solutions to distributors and customers in relation to procedure, payment, administration guidelines and case progress, etc.
- To provide recommendations in process review / revamp to streamline the workflow / procedures for efficiency gain
- To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
- University graduate preferred or matriculated with 2 years or more relevant experience in financial or insurance industries, preferably with frontline servicing exposure
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese, and fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- IIQE (Paper 1, 3 and 5) license holder preferred
- Good communication and problem solving skill
Able to work under pressure
