We are looking for a responsible and motivated Churrasco Runner Shift Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and managing the Runner Team, supporting daily operations, maintaining high service standards, coaching team members, and working closely with management to build a strong, professional, and accountable team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Runner Team during service

• Ensure smooth daily operations

• Coach and develop team members

• Maintain high service standards

• Work closely with the kitchen, FOH, and management

• Help build a positive, professional, and well-organised team

Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience

• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Fluent in both English and Finnish
