Your new responsibilities Designing, implementing, and executing CI/CD strategies covering development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations, across multiple projects including legacy software, cloud deployment and AI solutions Designing, implementing, and orchestrating CI pipelines for automated tests, design, setup and maintain cloud deployment mechanisms using GitLab pipelines and AWS allowing for: – parallel deployments for developers – staged deployments for development, integration, and production environment – production grade availability and performance of asset Design, setup and maintain observability tools to support in asset operations Observe tools and services that provide inputs on asset health and security status, interpret and derive work-items Contribute to test architecture and test strategy Work and collaborate in global development and test teams Be part of an agile development team, share and develop your knowledge and mentor other team members Your talents and experience A master’s, or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or in a related field Proficient in GitLab with regards to CI/CD Experience in Cloud, Edge and IoT technology stack, including AWS, Python, JavaScript; Docker, Podman, Microservices, Linux Experience in REST API testing Have the technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project Experience in test automation (GUI, API, E2E) in product, integration or system test Familiar with test and development processes of agile software development projects: SAFe, Scrum Proactive, motivated and committed person with a growth mindset, that likes to cooperate with other teams in a global setup and is willing to bring our solutions to the latest level of technology Strong English skills, German skills are beneficial Employee benefits 2–3 days per week of mobile working is standard Mobility allowance Varied further training opportunities Access to employee share programs Further information about employee benefits can be found here Our corporate culture – your new working environmentThe culture at Siemens Switzerland is more than just a working environment – it is at the heart of our day-to-day interactions and the key to our success.
