You will own charger firmware and hardware releases from scope freeze to fleet rollout, find failure patterns in field data, train the vendors and network control teams who keep chargers alive, and design electrification plans that bring charging to gated societies and commercial spaces. firmware and hardware release cycle for Ather Grid chargers: align scope with Product Quality, System Engineering and Dev through Jira, review DVP and backend SQA reports, and run Push OTA rollouts
