CIAM Specialist
Summary
Designs and maintains secure customer identity systems for a new digital bank, integrating authentication, authorization, and multi-factor authentication with cloud-native tools.
Project: Next-generation greenfield digital bank in the UAE, building a scalable, cloud-native banking platform based on API-first, event-driven, and AI-native principles.
Role: We are looking for a CIAM Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. The successful candidate will support the implementation and operation of Customer Identity and Access Management solutions, including authentication, authorization, MFA, customer profile management, and application integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy CIAM solutions
Integrate applications using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and REST APIs
Support SIT/UAT testing activities
Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues
Monitor CIAM services and support incident resolution
Collaborate with Security, Development, API, and DevOps teams
Prepare technical and operational documentation
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in IAM/CIAM
Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, MFA, and identity federation
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Understanding of application security and data encryption principles
Experience working in Agile environments
SIT/UAT testing experience
Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools is a plus
