Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment, supporting our culinary and service staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about hospitality and food service operations.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently to prepare for incoming guests
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating and setup
• Provide friendly and efficient support to guests and teammates
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and service areas through regular cleaning routines
• Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Assist with light kitchen duties such as restocking supplies and organizing storage areas
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of bussing, food preparation, cleaning, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Evening and weekend availability
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Black non slip shoes
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward hospitality duties
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
