The Role: Shift Leader / Key Holder

- As a Shift Leader, your primary responsibility is to direct daily bakery operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead by example to maintain the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Direct daily tasks, monitor employee breaks, manage labor/overtime, and assist with training new team members.
- Operations & Quality: Oversee the prepping, baking, and serving of our fresh, world-class Cinnabon products.
- Financial Accountability: Ensure strict adherence to cash handling policies, audit daily paperwork, and document accurate notes for the Daily Cash Report when the store hits its sales goals.
- Shift Management: Manage shift transitions smoothly and step in to take guest orders or clean equipment alongside the team whenever needed.
- Culture Builder: Motivate the staff, encourage a positive working attitude, and ensure that "fun" remains the rule rather than the exception on your shift!
