Cipholio Fellowship Program

You'll join an intensive three-month fellowship where you'll get hands-on experience across Business Development, Marketing, Analyst, and Management functions in the blockchain and crypto space. Depending on your track, you may publish papers, give talks, and develop reference implementations on blockchain topics; conduct in-depth research into blockchain industry segments and identify potential investment opportunities; or work closely with the team on marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost brand and event awareness. Throughout the program you'll connect with a network of in-house and alumni professionals, research analysts, portfolio managers, founders and investors, and contribute to open-source projects. You'll also have opportunities to take part in business competitions, hackathons, and industry events, webinars, and conferences, while receiving mentorship and one-on-one guidance from the core team and alumni network. The role requires a minimum of 25 hours per week plus around 10 hours of independent work. To apply, you'll first fill out an application form, and if selected, you'll have a call with the partners to align on goals and expectations before onboarding.
