CIS Adjunct Faculty, UG - COR2620 (Redefining the Third Age in Singapore), AY2026-2027 Term 2

The College of Integrative Studies (CIS) at Singapore Management University (SMU) invites applications for part-time instructors with a track record in excellent teaching at the tertiary level to teach Redefining the Third Age in Singapore. The course explores impact of an ageing population on society, and in particular the emerging cohort of Singaporeans in their Third Age. The notion of the third age was introduced by gerontologists as it became clear that the discourse on ageing covers a heterogeneous group of individuals who may be of the same age chronologically, but who in terms of personal characteristics and life experience are quite different.
