CIS Champion and Administrative Specialist

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning, budgeting, and coordinating the CIS training programme within the country;
  • Ensuring that all CIS training is delivered in line with global standards and requirements;
  • Developing and supporting the local team of CIS facilitators;
  • Maintaining regular communication with departments, the SMT, and regional CIS teams.
  • Organizing the daily office operations.
  • Managing office facilities, meeting rooms, and the working environment.
  • Managing documents and administrative processes.
  • Providing administrative support to management and employees.
  • Organizing administrative purchases and working with suppliers.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and other necessary resources.
  • Coordinating company events, meetings, and other office activities.

You have:

  • Excellent communication skills in both Latvian and English;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence, logical thinking, and a creative approach to solving complex situations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to learn quickly, manage your time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team;
  • A valid category B driving license.
