Senior Civil and Structural Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop civil & structural design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications to support NSC main contractor.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities for project coordination.

Review structural drawings and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements.

Attend meetings and provide technical support.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.

Requirements:

Need to work 5.5 days per week

A good degree in Civil & Structural Engineering with minimum 5 years of experiences.

Able to use different analysis software & doing key plans using AutoCAD, ETABS.

Familiar with shop drawings and reply to technical queries.

Good project management and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Singapore design standards, Building Control requirements, Eurocodes, and relevant authority submission procedures.

Strong structural analysis, design, and technical problem-solving skills.

Good project planning, coordination, and time management abilities.

Hardworking, honest, careful, high caliber, fast worker, teamwork, humble and respectful to others.

The appointment will be one year. After one year candidate may offer employment in consultant’s office.
