Civil Assistant Project Manager
Description
Calnin and Goss, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: Traveling
At Calnin and Goss, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
Build your construction career with Calnin & Goss as a Civil Assistant Project Manager, where strong relationships, teamwork, and hands-on project experience are at the heart of what we do. In this role, you’ll partner closely with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to help coordinate the information and resources needed to deliver successful civil construction projects. You’ll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle while helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to our high standards for quality.
This is an opportunity to take ownership and continue growing your project management skills through real-world experience. You’ll assist with scheduling and production planning, subcontractor coordination, submittals and drawings, change orders, budgeting and estimating, material procurement, risk management, project documentation, and closeout. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, communicates well, and enjoys working both in the office and on active construction sites. At Calnin & Goss, we value honesty, fairness, hard work, performance, and a love of construction, and we’re looking for someone who brings a humble, hungry, smart, reliable, and gritty approach to the team.
If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
