community development team is seeking to appoint a Civil Engineer for our Busselton office. You will join existing experienced team of engineers and designers who are passionate about making a difference to the local area and being part of the exciting growth of the greater south west region.

You will have the opportunity to work on variety of projects, play a key role in delivering our projects from master planned communities and high-density developments through to infrastructure projects for Council and government. We hold a strong industry reputation off the back of successfully delivered projects.

The Role

• Provision of high-quality technical design and consulting services in relation to civil and urban infrastructure projects
• Preparation of designs, reports, and specifications for infrastructure projects in accordance with relevant design standards
• Working with management to further develop our infrastructure capability in this region (with a particular focus on land development and local council clients) through involvement in bids/tenders and actively engaging in business development activities
• Ensuring there is a strong and embedded safety commitment to Zero Harm

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
• Demonstrated experience within a civil infrastructure environment
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Excellent technical report writing skills
• Outstanding communication skills to liaise with the team, senior management and external partners to produce commercial, client focused outcomes
