Civil Engineer

About the role

We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer for one of our main clients. The main functions you will develop are the following:

What you'll do

• Perform daily monitoring of civil works, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives.
• Supervise the progress of execution against the defined planning.
• Management and control of resources and contractors.
• Make operational decisions in the field to resolve incidents.
• Management of incidents or deviations.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, safety, and project deadlines.

What we're looking for

The requirements to hold the position are as follows:

• Degree in civil engineering, highway engineering, technical engineering, architecture, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in the position and/or in the described functions.
• Experience in the management and supervision of civil works, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of planning tools.
• Planning and organizational capacity, decision-making ability, results orientation, problem-solving, and leadership.
