Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise hands-on site supervision and excellent coordination with clients consultants and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Quotation Preparation: Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on project drawings and requirements.
  

• Drawing Management: Prepare 2D technical drawings; coordinate with draftsmen for 3D drawings with proper site coordinates.
  

• Client Interaction: Attend meetings provide updates and deliver technical support to clients.
  

• Authority Documentation: Prepare and manage documents for required approvals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  

• Approval Coordination: Handle project approvals from developers and relevant authorities.
  

• Site Supervision: Conduct routine site visits monitor progress ensure compliance with specifications and resolve site-related issues.
  

• Gate Pass & Site Access: Apply for and manage site access permits.
  

• Material BOQ: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement of construction materials.
  

• Mobility: Conduct mandatory site visits; valid driving license is an advantage.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  

• Minimum 2 years of GCC experience.
  

• Must hold a G1 Card.
  

• Registered with the Society of Engineers.
  

• Strong knowledge of approval and documentation procedures.
  

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
  

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  

• Driving license (preferred).
