Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design & Planning: Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings). Carry out technical studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications using design software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  2. Project Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates, manage project resources, and purchase materials. Allocate tasks to maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables are on time.
  3. Site Supervision: Monitor daily site activities and perform on-site inspections to verify that construction adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
  4. Coordination: Act as the central hub connecting architects, contractors, clients, and government officials. Provide technical guidance and resolve emerging deficiencies or on-site problems creatively.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D). Strong background in calculus, physics, and structural mechanics.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project phases simultaneously.
