What you get to do:

  • Review civil and structural design deliverables and drawings.
  • Assess geotechnical reports and foundation design assumptions.
  • Review machine foundation design against vendor requirements.
  • Evaluate civil and structural change requests and field queries.
  • Partner with the site team on civil technical questions.
  • Track design deliverable status against the schedule.
  • Monitor preservation and storage requirements for civil and structural materials.

What you bring to the role:

  • 10+ years in civil and structural engineering for power or heavy industrial plants.
  • Hands-on experience with machine foundations and mass concrete design.
  • Working knowledge of ACI, AISC and IBC.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering — required for this position.

Nice to have:

  • Owner-side engineering experience.
  • Professional engineering registration.
