CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION GENERAL FOREMAN
Summary
Oversee on-site civil engineering construction projects, coordinating workers and ensuring work aligns with drawings and safety standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction supervision.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate with site workers from different countries.
Good understanding of construction drawings, formwork, and on-site work execution.
AutoCAD certification and relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in supervising site work and ability to explain tasks clearly to workers.
Willing to Work at Night shifts and Road works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
Interpret drawings and ensure accurate execution of work.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth progress.
Monitor quality, safety, and timely completion of site activities.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to site workers
