Civil Inspector
Description
Eram Talent is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented civil inspector to join our team. As a civil inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of civil engineering projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, familiarity with construction procedures, and the ability to work closely with site teams to identify and resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil inspection or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, codes, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Effective communication and report writing abilities.
- Proficient in using standard inspection tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Site monitoring and enforcement, coordination with stockholder’s, drawing and GIS verification, permit closure and verification.
