Position Title:

Civil Litigation Attorney - Remote

The Civil Litigation Attorney will manage cases from initial strategy through resolution, gaining meaningful courtroom experience, leading litigation efforts, and playing a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients. Salary Range:

$145,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of general civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

Handle cases involving real estate and construction disputes

Take an active role in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Conduct depositions and manage case strategy

Work closely with a shared paralegal for case support

Requirements

5+ years of experience in general civil litigation

Must have trial experience from start to finish

Barred in California

Experience with Cleo, Word, Outlook, and Slack

Civil litigation experience is required

Construction and real estate litigation experience is

Bilingual in Spanish or Farsi is
