Civil Project Engineer

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated engineering professional with a strong technical foundation, practical construction knowledge, and project coordination experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, field personnel, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to support project quality, resolve technical challenges, and help deliver construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing civil construction projects.
• Provide technical engineering support to project managers and field personnel.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
• Identify and help resolve engineering and field-related challenges.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and related records.
• Support construction projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of civil engineering or construction-related experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Understanding of civil construction processes and project coordination.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with office personnel, field teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Comfortable working in both office environments and active construction sites.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting civil construction projects from planning through completion.
• Previous experience coordinating with project managers and construction field teams.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, project schedules, and quality control processes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $80,000–$100,000

Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, education, skills, and qualifications.

Work Environment
