Civil Project Engineer

  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, vendors, and clients to finalize project specifications.

  • Plan, manage, and execute construction activities across single or multiple sites.

  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, including overall, monthly, and weekly plans.

  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment within approved budgets.

  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors and manage procurement activities.

  • Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.

  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of work.

  • Prepare and submit DPRs, monthly progress reports, quantity reports, and client documentation.

  • Ensure preparation and follow-up of ISO documents, TBMs, BBS, and other site records.

  • Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards at all sites.

  • Prepare site monthly bills and follow up with clients for payments.

  • Handle client communication and manage multiple sites effectively.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

  • Proven experience in construction project or site management.

  • Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, execution, and billing.

  • Experience in BBS preparation, quantity estimation, and documentation.

  • Familiarity with ISO standards, DPRs, TBMs, and safety regulations.

  • Strong team management, labour management, and client management skills.

  • Good communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.

  • Willingness to travel between sites and work flexibly as required.
