Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction projects with strong site supervision, coordination, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other project team members for smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

- Inspect ongoing works and ensure proper implementation of approved method statements and inspection procedures.

- Review construction drawings and coordinate with the technical team to resolve site discrepancies.

- Monitor work progress and report site issues, delays, and required corrective actions to the Project Manager.

- Coordinate and follow up on inspections, material approvals, and site clearances with the consultant.

- Prepare daily site reports and maintain records of work progress, manpower, and site activities.

- Ensure proper coordination between civil, architectural, and MEP works.

- Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned works.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.

- Previous experience working in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.

- Can spoke and write English.

- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution procedures.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage site activities, subcontractors, and daily work priorities.

- Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements is an advantage.
