• Supervise and monitor site activities related to tunnel construction, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements • Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and consultants to ensure timely execution of works • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times • Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications • Monitor project progress and report on daily activities, delays, and issues • Assist in planning and sequencing of construction activities to meet project timelines • Ensure quality control procedures are followed and inspections are carried out as per project requirements • Support the preparation of method statements, work permits, and risk assessments • Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the engineering team • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records of site activities • Coordinate material delivery, equipment usage, and workforce allocation on site

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with strong exposure to tunnel construction • Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale projects • Strong knowledge of tunnel construction methods (e.g., NATM, TBM – preferred) • Familiarity with site execution, construction sequencing, and technical coordination • Good understanding of HSE standards and quality control procedures • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment
