BildGroup is seeking an experienced civil construction leading hand & site supervisor based in Adelaide. You will deliver real civil works, from earthworks to finished roads or structures. Depending on your level, you will oversee day-to-day site activities, lead teams, and make sure work is done safely, on time and within budget. You will plan, coordinate and monitor site operations while meeting safety and environmental requirements. What you will do:
- Leading delivery of land development, bulk earthworks and road infrastructure works
- Planning and programming work, plant and resources to keep projects on track
- Running site activities safely and to quality, with clear direction for crews
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and clients as your role requires
- Tracking progress, quantities and costs, and reporting back to the project team
What you will bring:
- Prior experience in a leading hand or site supervisor role
- Proven civil construction experience in land development, bulk earthworks or road infrastructure
- Working knowledge of civil drawings, specifications and construction methods
- Clear communication and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors and clients
- Knowledge of MS office suite and comfortable utilising project management systems
- Experience operating plant, with current plant tickets
